Referrals and Cross Selling – Key tips and tricks
We have been through 2 years of rapid change and adaptation in our businesses, and this has lead us to miss some key areas of opportunity as our focus has been continually challenged. As we move though 2022 we need to make sure we are getting every advantage in order to succeed. A key area is to do this by using what you have already available at your fingers tips, but may be overlooking- Your data and customers. Referrals and Cross Selling can really help you generate additional revenue at a very low cost. If you know what to look for and how to do it. Fraser Morrison will lead us through key tips and strategies in this area to allow your business to capitalise on what you already have.
This session will focus on key ideas and habits to ensure you can have tools available to continually grow and scale your business network, and keep growing your revenue. This will be a very interactive session, with Fraser, who is incredibly passionate about ensuring your success.
