Based on the results of our online voting there seems to be a strong interest in the topic of Negotiations. We are fortunate to have our very own group member Siew Wen, who has volunteered to share her knowledge and real-world experience. She has developed and executed organisational negotiations strategies for key supply chain contracts, lessons from which could be valuable to the rest of us. Following the mid-session break, we will have the “Hot Seat” where one of us will be in the Hot Seat sharing a challenge for the rest to assist with. It’s shaping up to be a great session!
