Purpose & Impact – Transforming organisations into future focused, profitable forces of positive change by Rahul Malhotra
Private corporations are increasingly under pressure to drive greater sustainability in their operations, becoming more Purpose driven and ESG focused. However, the path of creating shared value with their stakeholders is not very clear or easy. In Rahul Malhotra’s experience, if one remains creative and customer centric, its very possible and rewarding to drive profitable, multi-stakeholder growth.
Rahul Malhotra will share his thoughts and case studies on this subject, incorporating learnings from an internal transformation program that he designed and has led for 72 businesses within Shell worldwide over the last 5.5 years, as well as his experiences with other companies in the past. He will also share some external case studies.
In this session you’ll learn the ‘HOW’ of driving sustainability into business strategy and operations
